17 Most Popular WordPress Plugins
Today we’ll be looking at the most popular WordPress plugins and I must say that some of them can literally help you to improve your online visibility as well as to improve the experience of users while on your blog.
The main reason why I opted to write a post on the most popular WordPress plugins is because WordPress is one of the best blogging platforms around and several past infographics have listed it as being the most popular blogging platform in the blogging sphere (actually the most popular Content Management System) e.g. a blogging statistic released by Blogging.org and which collected data from 1000 bloggers in the US listed WordPress as the most popular blogging platform with 43% of the bloggers using it while Blogger was at second with 35% of them using it.
Because of the large number of bloggers who are using WordPress as their preferred blogging platform, I felt that coming up with a list of some of the most popular WordPress plugins can go long way in helping WordPress bloggers make the most out of their WordPress blogs.
So How Did I Come Up With The 17 Most Popular WordPress Plugins?
Instead of reading what other bloggers had to say concerning the most popular WordPress plugins, I decided to do my own unbiased research on it and which better place to get the most popular WordPress plugins than on WordPress itself!
I basically logged into my blog’s WordPress admin panel, clicked on “Add New” under the Plugin option then on the “Popular” WordPress plugins-that’s all I did when coming up with the most popular WordPress plugins.
I think I’ve said enough so let’s now see which the 17 most popular WordPress plugins are as well as a short description of what they do.
