Many people dream about having one of the highest paying jobs from the time they were kids till the time they’re out of college or university, but how much do we really know about the fat paychecks that some of these professions carry along with them?
We usually tend to assume that someone is in one of these so called highest paying jobs because of the lifestyle they live forgetting that at times lifestyle can be deceptive since someone may have “cut a bigger coat for themselves out of a smaller piece of cloth that they have” which means that although they might be in a “paradise”, it’s a “paradise” of pure debt.
Many college and university students from all over the world hope and pray to land on a well-paying job once they graduate so as to live the life they have for so long dreamed about and so to sort of clear things out in regard to which are the highest paying jobs/ high paying careers and which are not, we’ll be looking at the 12 highest paying jobs.

I obtained the list of the highest paying jobs from CNN Money because I was satisfied with both their job listings and estimates of the salaries that are attached to the various high paying careers.
They remuneration data was retrieved from Payscale.com while the list was compiled from the top 100 highest paying jobs so you can
rest assured enough research was put into it (PayScale is a company that has collected salary and career data from more than 35 million people covering 12,000 job titles and 1,100 distinct industries in 150 countries).
NB: The Median salary of the highest paying jobs represents the annual pay of an experienced worker e.g. 2-7 years in the respective field while the top pay of the highest paying jobs represents the annual pay of the 90th percentile or the top 10% earners.

My Take On The Highest Paying Jobs In The World
I personally believe that the highest paying job in the world is one which you wake up to and finish up on in the evening without any regrets whatsoever.
It makes no sense to be in a high paying job that you don’t love and which you’re just doing either for the sake or for the money since it sort of numbs your life making you live each day as the previous instead of unlocking the treasures that are present in a new day.
